in the Lower Keys.
The Brief
The true beauty of the Lower Keys lies off the beaten path in pristine sandbars, hidden backcountry flats, and secret local spots protected by super-shallow waters with razer-thin channels that demand a guide who has lived them. The Lower Florida Keys are home to some of the most spectacular sandbars, wildlife, and shallow-water destinations in the world. But these same waters can quickly challenge those unfamiliar with them. Shifting banks, coral heads, and miles of skinny water require experience, local knowledge, and careful planning. Every charter is built around a safety-first philosophy , allowing guests to explore with confidence while experiencing the very best the Keys have to offer.
The Captain
The only USCG-licensed captain in the Florida Keys with a meteorology degree and decades in these exact waters.

Some of the most remarkable places in the Florida Keys are also the hardest to reach. Endless sandbars, untouched backcountry flats, and turquoise shallows lie beyond the well-traveled routes, hidden within a landscape that can be as demanding as it is beautiful. Navigating these waters requires experience, patience, and respect for the conditions. Captain Henry combines years of local knowledge with very thoughtful planning to get you to extraordinary places...Safely.

Our Captain isn’t your typical charter operator. A lifelong Florida waterman and USCG-licensed captain, he brings a rare combination of saltwater instincts and scientific precision to every trip.
With a college degree in Meteorology, he’s the only charter captain in the Florida Keys with formal training in weather science. And guests benefit from safer decisions, smoother rides, and expert navigation through the ever-changing conditions that define these waters.
Add more than 20 years of competitive catamaran sailing at local and national events, and you get a captain whose understanding of wind, tides, and boat handling was refined long before modern electronics became commonplace.
Off the water, he spent two decades in university clinical research administration, a profession built on precision, risk management, and meticulous planning. The result is a charter experience that is thoughtful, organized, and always guided by a safety-first mindset.

The Seahunter 18′ is a true unicorn. Part of the original Seahunter lineup built in Princeton, Florida alongside the iconic Tournament 35 and one of the rarest and best-built flats boats ever produced.
Featuring the same Carbon / Kevlar composite layup that inspired the same standards found throughout the Seahunter's tournament-class offshore fleet. Stronger, lighter, and more durable than anything else in its class.

We don't pick spots. We pick moments.
Most boats run the same loop on the same tide. Henry runs the right loop for the right hour — reading wind, moon, barometric pressure, and water column the way the rest of the fleet reads the dashboard.
A meteorology degree, two decades on the same flats, and the patience to wait for the exact 40-minute window that turns a good day into the day you tell your friends about.
The Keys, unfiltered.
People come back.
